As of July 13, 2020, Gibson County Special School District is going to start school at a Level 3. Our goal as a district and community is to keep students and their families as safe as possible while providing exceptional education for your student. We understand that COVID-19 cases have risen lately and are monitoring and gathering new information daily from local, state, and national sources. Open House (10th - 12th Graders)
Freshmen Orientation will be Wed., 7/29, 4 - 7 PM. This event will be come and go. Students will pick up their schedules in the main gym, and then they will walk to their four fall semester classes.
Take a look in the News section for the GCSSD reopening plan for 2020-21SY. We are currently planning on starting at Level 3 but will coordinate with health department officials weekly to determine the appropriate level.
